Park Rotana Abu Dhabi distributes breakfast to essential workers at testing centres

The hotel is doing their bit to help

Most Abu Dhabi residents are staying home and self-isolating as the UAE bids to stop the spread of COVID-19.

Doing their part, in communities across the emirate each night residents take time to applaud in support for all essential frontline workers helping to keep the UAE going during unprecedented times.

A number of Abu Dhabi landmarks have also lit up blue in recognition of the efforts of essential workers.

Going the extra mile and helping to show support to essential workers, Park Rotana Abu Dhabi has launched a new initiative in partnership with Mubadala Investment Company.

The hotel is preparing and distributing hundreds of breakfast boxes to be given to healthcare professionals working at COVID-19 test centres in the emirate.

Boxes will feature baked pastries, sandwiches, fruits and juices all put together by the hotel’s chefs. It’s part of Abu Dhabi Government’s Ma’an Together We Are Good campaign.

“It is our pleasure to be an active part of the community in these uncertain times,” said Rabih Melhem, general manager Park Rotana Abu Dhabi.

“We sincerely appreciate the partnership we have with Mubadala and SEHA as we are given the platform to do our part and share what we can, whilst ensuring the safety of our colleagues.

“It is indeed a challenging time, but I am confident that if we work together, we will heal as one and win this battle.”
