Subject to strict health and safety regulations

The news follows a number of malls reopening in the city, with hotels set to follow suit in the coming weeks.

All venues are expected to adhere to strict health and safety practices at all times including regular sterilisaton, testing staff for COVID-19 and other measures.

All staff are also required to wear a mask and protective gloves at all times.

For guests, a maximum of two people are permitted to sit at a table, while keeping a safe distance, and tables must be spaced at least 2.5 metres apart from one another.

Contactless payment is also advised at all times and restaurants will only be allowed a maximum of 30 percent capacity at any one time.
