The 99 Sushi haru tasting menu sticks close to Japanese traditions with a vibrant, colourful and fresh feeling. “Haru” actually means spring in Japanese making the haru menu right on theme for the season.
The 99 Sushi haru tasting menu is now available at both 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant locations: Abu Dhabi and Dubai every day for lunch and dinner. The Abu Dhabi 99 Susi is located in the Four Seasons on Al Maryah Island.
The expansive tasting menu highlights the star ingredient at 99: Atlantic bluefin tuna. The meal kicks off with hosomaki, chu-toro with leek, kobe edamame roasted in wagyu fat and truffled capumiso soup.

Up next, the 99 Sushi haru tasting menu is bringing back the 99 katsu sando complete with wagyu marbling 9 golden bricks, toro tartar, tobiko and golden leaves. You’ll also get to try the lobster tempura with wasabi mayonnaise, panko mistura maki, shrimp, king crab, avocado and seabass; toro flambe nigiri and kaluga caviar; langoustine nigiri cooked in kobe A5 and foie temaki with tare sauce. Finish the meal on a sweet note with a white chocolate and coconut mousse, featuring passionfruit heart, orange flambé and mint sauce. Tea and coffee are included, too.
The 99 Sushi haru tasting menu costs Dhs899 per couple. With a bottle of house bubbles the menu is Dhs1,499 per couple and Dhs3,499 with a bottle of premium bubbles.
