In today’s episode of Time In(spiration), we had chefs from STK, Baba and The Meat Co. give us their top tips and method for preparing three different cuts of prime Australian meat – pasture-raised, quality meat and a great source of protein which adheres to the best animal welfare standards around.

The consensus is that medium-rare is the way to go, it gives it a bit of bite, while maintaining the integrity and tenderness of that outstanding Australian beef – after all, it’s all about that flavour.
