Abu Dhabi and Bahrain hold onto F1 for 2014

GCC remains strong as Grand Prix stays in the region

Formula One’s organiser, the World Motor Sport Council, has announced that Abu Dhabi will retain its hosting rights for the F1 in October 2014, the capital’s sixth year of holding the race. The committee met in Croatia on September 27 and released the 2014 F1 calendar, which includes Abu Dhabi and Bahrain. The races will commence in Australia on March 16 and close on November 30 in Brazil. Yas Marina Circuit will host the 18th race of the season, on October 26.
