A few of these plant-based dishes include kimchi fitters, miso aubergine and five-spiced pear and pumpkin fritters. The unlimited sharing menu offers seven savoury and two sweet dishes paired with healthy mocktails and soft drinks for Dhs250 per person. You can also get mixed and house drinks for Dhs400 per person.
After dinner, the chefs will also reveal a new signature recipe card each month that you can take home to cook a delicious meal for yourself. You’ll also get to take fresh sprouts composed in a glass bottle with a cork that you can use for home-cooked meals or simply to grow.
