Five fun ways for UAE kids to keep fit at home

Stay active while indoors

As the temperature rises across the UAE, and with various restrictions still in place for kids under 13, it can be a bit of a challenge to find ways to keep them fit and active.

Give these five online exercise options a go. From daily PE lessons with the Body Coach himself, to finding some calm with Cosmic Kids Yoga, little ones will have loads of fun and burn energy at the same time. 

PE With Joe – AKA the Body Coach – involves free 30-minute workouts for kids held at 9am weekdays UK time, which is noon Monday to Friday UAE time. Don’t worry if you miss the live workout as they’re saved to YouTube meaning that you can get the kids involved when it works for you.

Cosmic Kids Yoga. Help the kids find their zen amid all this chaos with these fun yoga and mindfulness sessions.

The Karma Class provides free breathing exercises, mindfulness activities and yoga classes designed for kids and family tips to remain calm, healthy and strong.

Rising Stars. The UK-based football club is helping little Ronaldos with their ball skills. There are loads of video lessons on the company’s YouTube channel that mini soccer fans can access for free.
