From Monday July 1 Dubai’s Emirates airline will be taking bookings for flights from Dubai to 12 Arab countries.
As of now, destinations include Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Tunisia.
Speaking to Arabian Business, a spokesperson for Emirates said: “Currently some of our flights are available for booking starting July 1; however, the situation still remains dynamic and these flight services could be subject to change, We aim to provide our customers with as much notice as possible should there be any changes.
“We hope to resume services as soon as conditions allow. This includes receiving government approvals, the easing of travel restrictions and commercial demand.”
On Thursday May 21, Dubai’s flagship carrier began operating flights to nine different destinations: Chicago, Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Melbourne, Milan, Paris, Sydney and Toronto.

The Dubai-based airline has introduced a number of new safety measures for both passengers and staff and will also be distributing free hygiene kits to passengers which include face masks, gloves, antibacterial wipes and hand sanitiser.
