Abu Dhabi’s TrainYAS is back with a difference

There’s a free month-long virtual programme happening

While venues in Abu Dhabi start to reopen, attractions and public spaces are not ready to welcome visitors just yet.

One of the city’s most popular events in the weekly TrainYAS series at Yas Marina Circuit.

While we all wait for the Yas Island F1 track to reopen, organisers have come up with something else to keep us all entertained, a free month-long virtual programme of events.

TrainYAS Primal has a host of free streamed sessions taking place over a four-week period, in partnership with Haddins.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions lasting 30 minutes will be available on Haddins’ Facebook page and Yas Marina Circuit’s social channels every Sunday and Tuesday.

There will also be a range of fitness videos available designed to aid with both physical and mental health.

On Mondays, a 60-second video tip for home isolation will covered topics such as strengthening your core, getting enough sleep, mobility and stretching.

Wednesdays will focus on workouts from various parts of Yas Marina Circuit, while on Thursdays a 60-second video will be posted requesting participants to complete a specific challenge on the following Friday and Saturday including the number of steps taken by a combined family and healthy tasks involving cooking.
