COYA is one of Abu Dhabi’s very best restaurants (it was once named Restaurant of the Year at our Restaurant Awards, after all).
We’ve missed it while being locked down but the introduction of a new delivery menu that has cheered us up no end.
For Dhs248, you’ll get a five-course set menu including soup, ceviche, starters a main and a dessert.
It’s available from noon to 9pm.
From the mains you can choose Arroz Nikkei Chilean sea bass, Quinua con Calabaza (quinoa, pumpkin, ricotta cheese, aji limo), Escabeche Peruano (chargrilled whole sea bream in banana leaf), Lomo de Res (spicy beef fillet, crispy shallots, aji limo, star anise) and Pollo a la Parrilla (corn-fed baby chicken, aji panca, coriander).
There’s a vegetarian and gluten-free option. Both are available on Deliveroo.
