Courtyard questions remain

Officials are still looking into the cause of a collapsed courtyard between three buildings in Abu Dhabi. On Sunday September 30, a concrete slab measuring 1,400 square metres fell one floor onto underground parking, at a building complex near Al Rayyana. Luckily, no people were injured although some vehicles were damaged. While investigations so far have not yet revealed the reason for the collapse, master developer Sorouh has promised to launch a full internal investigation.
