Whether you’re a beginner or experienced yogi

Right now we reckon there are millions of people around the world practicing yoga in their living rooms. Lockdown has done wonders for it. Yoga With Adriene is undoubtedly the most popular, but here are three alternatives.

Do Yoga With Me

This site has loads of content, most of it free. Some parts of the site you will only be able to access by signing up. You’ll find everything from meditation to full-length yoga classes, with loads of different instructors and styles, including Hatha, Yin, Kundalina and more. This site is a great way to try out things you’ve not done before.

Fightmaster Yoga

Run by YogaWorks teacher Lesley Fightmaster is great if you’re more advanced. There are new classes weekly and they run between 45 minutes to an hour long. Classes include Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and more and they’ll all give you a good workout. Not one for beginners, this. Find the channel on YouTube here.

Yoga With Christina – ChriskaYoga

Another yogi you can find on YouTube (by clicking here, with a bunch of different playlists and tutorials focusing on different aspects of yoga. The 30-minute Hatha yoga workout is especially brilliant for yoga beginners.
