Abu Dhabi’s Yas Marina Circuit has announced the date for the tenth edition of Gulf 12 Hours, and the milestone event will be kick-starting 2021 on Saturday January 9.
The tough, but exciting endurance challenge, traditionally takes place in the second weekend of December but has been pushed back due to the restructuring of the Formula 1 calendar following recent global events.
For its tenth edition, registration applications have been received from 38 teams for a total of 61 cars, with only 34 cars in total cars allowed to compete for the race title in GT3, GT4 and Lamborghini Super Trofeo categories.
