Oktoberfest is here and in Abu Dhabi that means it’s time to enjoy lots of Bavarian food and a few glasses of hops, too. Throw in some oompah music and it’s almost like being in Munich.
Getting you get into the spirit and celebrating the Bavarian festival is style is The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort and Spa.
Head to The Retreat from September 30 to October 18 and you can be a part of the action.
This year, the venue’s Oktoberfest is a culinary celebration with Bavarian dishes and drinks coming to the fore.
A special a la carte has been launched with a variety of classic German dishes, including a pretzel basket, sauerkraut, German potato salad, chilli cheese krainer sausages, grilled curry sausages, roast chicken, bread dumplings, Vienna-style schnitzel, Bavarian white sausages, grilled bratwurst, barbequed ribs and apple strudel.
Of course there are also Bavarian hops to enjoy, starting from Dhs45 per glass.
Head along and you can take your seat indoors or outdoors and enjoy your meal with a soundtrack of Bavarian music.
Guests will be welcomed on a first-come-first-served basis and will be subject to health and safety regulations including social distancing.
