E-scooters are now available to rent again across areas of Abu Dhabi.
The Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) of the Department of Municipalities and Transport announced that rental services can resume in the city from Monday October 12.
On launch a 25 per cent capacity has been approved.
E-scooters can now be found in areas of the city including Reem Island, Al Maryah Island, Al Zahia, Al Dana, Al Bateen and the Corniche.
Rentals are available in compliance with precautions and safety measure set by the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority.
Sterilisation of scooters will be carried out routinely to ensure the health of all users.
