UAE online grocery store Kibsons has agreed a deal with UK supermarket chain Sainsbury’s to bring products to the UAE for the first time.
A total of 500 new products will be added to the Kibsons website from October 15.
The range of Sainsbury’s goods include fresh fruit, cooking sauces, canned items, soups, spreads, oils and vinegars as well as pantry items like rice, sugar, flour, pasta and rice.
All of the items being added to Kibsons have never been sold before in the region.
“Sainsbury’s is synonymous with high quality and affordable food and we are thrilled to be partnering with them and offering our customers a further enhanced shopping experience,” said Halima Jumani, director of Kibsons.
“We are extremely excited to launch an initial 500 products, with more to follow in the near future.”
