The next-generation of games consoles from Microsoft Xbox and Sony’s PlayStation are almost here. Both consoles are expected to arrive mid-way through November, although if you want to get your hands on one, you better act fast as mass shortages are expected. Apple vs Fortnite
iPhone and Mac gamers trying to play Fortnite are in for some sour news. The spat between Apple and parent company Epic Games shows no signs of slowing down and will go to court next month. Currently, the game is blocked from updates on any Apple device due to payment disagreements between the two firms.
Amazon’s new bag
Amazon quietly gave its Prime membership subscribers some new gaming perks in the form of Prime Gaming. The service (previously known as Twitch Prime before Amazon absorbed it) gives members access to free games each month, exclusive items and other goodies such as the ability to support your favourite streamers.
