Fancy catching all the F1 action along with some award-winning Peruvian food?
COYA Abu Dhabi, which can be found at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi on Al Maryah Island, is set to be transformed into a “Peruvian pit lane” for race day on Sunday December 13.
The winner of the Americas category at the Time Out Abu Dhabi Restaurant Awards 2019 is promising to deliver the ultimate F1 viewing experience during Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2020, which is closed to spectators this year.
Each table will have an iPad showcasing all the action as it happens live and there will also be a massive screen on the outdoor terrace.
On Saturday December 12 and Sunday December 13, foodies can feast on a specially-curated F1-inspired menu featuring a platter of signature bites, one main course and a bottle of bubbly for Dhs450 per person.
The sharing-style platter comes with chicharrón de pollo (crispy chicken skin with COYA Cajun and lime) and baos de res (steamed buns filled with beef cheeks, passion fruit, hollandaise and pickled cucumbers). The platter also comes with gluten-free dishes including grilled prawn maki rolls, wagyu carpaccio maki rolls and yuca frita (fried yuca with Chilean seabass, shrimp and manchego).
Main course options include costilla de res (beef ribs with miso and ají limo chilli peppers), Peruvian-style escabeche (chargrilled seabream served in a banana leaf with tamarillo, ají panca and muscatel), and papa seca (Peruvian dried potatoes with mushrooms).
