The platform last week announced a list of new movies coming to Disney+ this month, with many poised to drop on Thursday September 8 to celebrate global Disney+ Day.

The new content is premiering exclusively on Disney+ across the Middle East and North Africa region, which means viewers are in for a treat.
Content from popular names such as Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and a lot more is coming your way if you’ve already signed up for Disney+.
Here’s a complete list of all the UAE Disney+ premieres coming to Dubai on Thursday, September 8:
Pinocchio
Directed by Robert Zemeckis, the Academy Award winner, the live-action film will be an adventurous re-telling of the classic children’s story we know and love.
Cars on the Road
The TV show will feature Lightning McQueen, in the voice of Owen Wilson, and his best friend Mater who is voiced by Larry the Cable Guy. The episodes will follow them as they head out on a cross-country road trip to meet Mater’s sister.
MIKE
An eight-part documentary-style limited series will chart the life of Mike Tyson, including his personal life and his career as a boxer. The series will also touch upon themes of race in America, misogyny, wealth inequality, fame, and the media.
Epic Adventures with Bertie Gregory
National Geographic Explorer, Bertie Gregory, will take viewers on a wild adventure with this Disney+ original series. From the freezing Antartica to the scorching Zambia, you’ll get an insight into wildlife from across the planet.
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law
Yes, it is exactly like you might think. A lawyer fights superhuman-oriented legal cases, and viewers on Disney+ get to watch. The nine-episode comedy series will surely keep you well entertained.
Obi-Wan Kenobi: A Jedi’s Return
The documentary shows never-before-seen, behind-the-scenes footage, plus interesting personal stories from what went on behind making Obi-Wan Kenobi. From Luke Skywalker to Obi-Wan Kenobi, re-meet your favourite characters.
Thor: Love and Thunder
Thor by Marvel Studios is a beloved character that’s only made better with some stellar storylines. Along with his magical hammer, Mjolnir, Thor will embark on a journey of self-discovery, adventure, and vengeance in this mysterious film.
You can also watch Marvel Studios Assembled: The Making of Thor: Love and Thunder, which will take you through how the film came to be. This one is for cinephiles and budding filmmakers.
Welcome to the Club
If you had been missing the wit and humour from the popular animated show The Simpsons, then you’re in for a surprise. The Simpsons is releasing a new short, which will show Lisa Simpson with her heart set on becoming a princess.
Tierra Incognita
