With its shark-infested tunnels, sheer drops and sandy beaches, Dubai’s Aquaventure is one of the most famous waterparks in the world.
Housed at Atlantis The Palm on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, this waterpark is known for its super-scary slides, chilled-out lazy river and loads more fun attractions to keep the whole family busy.
But, if you’re thinking of taking the Leap of Faith – a 60ft drop – or crashing your way around Zoomerango, it’s best you come prepared. Which is where we come in.
We’ve jumped aboard all the slides, whooshed through tunnels, bobbed down the river and tested it all out – so you know what’s coming.

There are scary slides for the big kids – such as Leap of Faith, Slitherine, Poseidon’s Revenge and Zoomerango – while for the children there’s a range of tamer attractions to keep them happily splashing around. There’s also a beach area for when it all just gets a bit too much excitement.
