Well, unless your surname is Vettel, that might not be possible. But Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is offering the next best thing – thanks to the launch of an incredible new roller coaster that promises to be the ride of your life.
Turbo Track, which opens at the end of March to all Ferrari World guests, is an unforgettable three-stage experience that will give revellers a thrilling taste of what it’s like to be a test driver for the Italian motorsport giant.
Starting in a briefing room and finishing 64 metres above Yas Island, the exciting new attraction includes on-screen training and performance analysis to get you ready to board the Turbo Track and hit hair-raising speeds of 102km as you accelerate through Ferrari World’s iconic red roof before a dramatic descent.
Jesse Vargas, general manager of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, said: “We can’t wait to share this incredible new experience with our guests. Not only does this unique ride offer heart-pounding thrills for all riders, it also gives them the chance to see the world through the eyes of a Ferrari test driver.” And we’re off!
