A popular Abu Dhabi restaurant has reopened with a fresh new look and a brand-new menu.
Grills@Chill‘O, located at Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche, has undergone refurbishment to upgrade the interior and offer a new experience for regulars and new visitors.
Now located across two floors, the Mediterranean Restaurant & Lounge is back open and promises to deliver a new, restyled dining experience with a “soulful menu” and breathtaking views.
Plus, there are also brand-new dishes to enjoy when you visit.
Inspired by the diverse cuisine enjoyed along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, the new menu aims to take guests on a journey from east to west.
Signature grills are the soul of the menu, alongside top dishes including arroz bomba, fresh sea bass fillet and sticky date and toffee pudding.
A special tea has also been crafted just for the restaurant that can be ordered by guests as well as Turkish coffee and more.
Overlooking the hotel’s pool, the venue was built with an open façade design that gives the feeling of being on the Mediterranean coast.
Regardless of the season the venue will make the most of the weather with the cool breeze coming off of the Arabian Gulf.
With space for 160 diners, all socially distanced, the venue is also perfect for events and birthdays.

Grills@Chill‘O will officially open its doors to the public on November 25 and will be from noon to 1am from Sunday to Wednesday and noon to 2am on Thursdays and Fridays.
Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche is also launching a staycation offer so you can enjoy the new restaurant and make a weekend of it.
Book in for a stay in December and you can get Dhs490 back in credit to spend at the hotel’s restaurants including Grills@Chillo.
The staycation offer is valid from December 1 to 5.
