F1 legend shares 360-degree videos of Abu Dhabi’s Yas Marina Circuit

Enjoy a unique perspective of the iconic UAE track

Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is taking place in just a few weeks but it’s a very different race in Abu Dhabi this year.

For the very first time there will be no fans in the stands as precautions are being taken to ensure the safety of the public and all staff and drivers.

Looking ahead to 2021, the dates for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2021 have been announced, but no decision on fans will be announced until closer to the time.

Giving F1 fans the chance to experience Yas Marina Circuit is a new way, a former F1 Champion has filmed some 360-degree footage of the iconic track.

Etihad Airways has collaborated with Damon Hill to produce new videos of Yas Marina Circuit.

Racing fans will be able to view the track and experience what it’s like to watch the big race from five of the grandstands including Main, North, West, South and Marina Stand.

Available to watch for free on YouTube, the World Champion from 1996 is aiming to get the fans excited ahead of the final race in the F1 season in Abu Dhabi on December 13.

“As fans can’t be at the circuit this year, these 360 videos will help fans to immerse themselves into the action of the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix,” said Damon Hill.

“It comes alive when the Grand Prix is on with lightshows, and there’s a fantastic vibe at the circuit.

“It’s a perfect venue to round off the Grand Prix season in style.”
