Serving up an authentic taste of Italy, a homegrown food concept has launched in Abu Dhabi to serve fresh Neapolitan pizza.
Beetza, located at the Armed Forces Officers Club and Hotel, imports ingredients from Italy to recreate the style, taste and quality of pizza found in Europe.
Plus, all pizzas are prepared and cooked following the same guidelines established in Naples that saw the art of making pizza in the Italian city added to the UNESCO List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
On the menu you’ll find a range of savoury pizzas including a classic margherita, spicy salami, vegetarian, bresola, burrata and buffalo mozzarella.
Giving traditional Italian pizza a local twist, you can also order a zaatar pizza, created in tribute to the Middle East.
For those with a sweet tooth, a Nutella-filled pizza is also available.
