We love a good pub at Time Out and we’re not the only ones.
Luckily in Abu Dhabi there are loads of great places to choose for a drink and a bite and to watch live sport on screens.
Offering you a new place to try this festive season, McGettigan’s has announced the opening of its second branch in the city.
A brand new McGettigan’s location will open at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi on December 17.
At the time of opening, 110 people will be allowed inside the venue to observe social distancing rules and you can expect the same food and drinks that makes McGettigan’s such a hit across the UAE.
With sport, pub grub and deals on drinks, the venue could be a good place to watch the Premier League football this winter.
Inside there’s a Wall of Fame filled with Irish celebrities, alongside all the décor we’re familiar with at other locations across the country.
A daily happy hour will take place from 3pm to 8pm with a 30 percent discount on selected beverages. On the menu you can try classics like fish and chips, cottage pie, burgers and much more.
