Make you way to The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort and you can enjoy the Sunset Flow at Sontaya on December 17.
For one night only the Asian restaurant will be hosting a special event that features signature dishes served alongside free-flowing bubbly while watching the sun set.
Taking place from 5pm to 7pm you can enjoy a selection of dishes designed to pair with bubbly.
On the menu are dishes including Asian herb beef salad with lemon dressing, pan seared scallop with pomelo salad, prawn in Thai green curry with eggplant and sweet basil and roasted duck in chili bean sauce with pickled ginger.
Vegetarian options are available on request.
The evening costs Dhs375 per person and a maximum of 24 guests can enjoy the experience so booking is essential.
