Juventus to open soccer school in Dubai

Hopes star players will visit the emirate to teach rising stars

Footballer superstars including Carlos Tévez, Fernando Llorente and Gianluigi Buffon could soon be winging their way to the UAE to teach the emirate’s rising stars.

Italian super-club Juventus are to open a soccer school in Dubai next month, according to reports.

And it’s hoped this means the likes of Tévez and his team mates at the Seire A club could be putting in an appearance soon.

Juventus launched their international Soccer School project (JSS) in 2009, with the goal of spreading football skills across the world.

It was announced on Monday a new facility would open in Dubai’s Municipality Club, offering 300 places to youths of all nationalities between five and 17 years of age.
