We love camping and accidentally getting the car full of sand and getting a bit dirty is all part of the fun of it.
If you love the idea of sleeping under the stars but don’t want such a rustic experience, then glamping is definitely the way to go.
Plus if you don’t want to venture too far from the city, there’s a new glamping and camping site in Abu Dhabi to try.
Bab Al Nojoum has opened on Al Hudayriyat Island with a range of overnight options.
Located at Hudayriyat Leisure and Entertainment District, the site is home to glamping options with all the amenities to simple tent set ups for beachside camping.
Want to stay overnight outside in luxury? Two-storey duplex glamping tents are available and chalet tents that come with their own private plunge pool, wifi, kitchens and queen-sized beds.
Fancy something a bit different? You can stay the night in a converted van that sleeps two people with a kitchenette, AC unit, sofa bed and wifi.
Plus there are also small and medium tents available to rent for those looking to enjoy some traditional camping with access to bonfire areas, communal bathrooms and kitchens and a beach that home to a beach cinema, juice bars and food outlets.
Overnight camping experiences start from Dhs150 per couple.
