If you’re planning on spending a bit more time in the kitchen this month after all the festivities, there’s a new recipe box to help get you out of any cooking ruts.
Helping make mealtimes a little easier and stop you worrying about what you’re cooking for dinner, new recipe boxes have launched in the UAE by supermarket Carrefour.
Cookit Yourself boxes start from Dhs25 and each box, which serves two people, includes all the pre-portioned ingredients you need to prepare a meal as well as a recipe card.
Plus, all the dishes can be prepared in 30 minutes or less so you don’t have to spend too much time in the kitchen.
There’s even a dedicated YouTube channel with an instructional video if you need a little help getting the recipes to materialise onto a plate.
Dishes on offer include chicken and mushroom tagliatelle, salmon teriyaki salad, sweet and sour chicken, Kerala-style prawns, aubergine masala and more.
Recipe boxes range from Dhs25 to Dhs70 and no subscription is required. You can pick them up in-store or order online.
