Little ninjas can develop some cool new skills

Looking for new ways to help the kids burn off all their energy? Aren’t we always?

BOUNCE UAE has a brand-new parkour coaching programme that might just do the job.

BOUNCE Freestyle Academy has introduced Ninja Squad across all of its locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The hour-long parkour-focused classes is aimed at high-energy kiddos aged eight and above.

The new 10-week course, which combines core elements of ninja, parkour and free running, promises to teach little ninjas some epic new skills while developing their strength, co-ordination and agility.

The latest course will run alongside the indoor trampoline park’s existing Fight Squad, which is also aimed at mini jumpers eight and above.

Fight Squad focuses on helping kids to master a range of cool stunts, tricks and parkour skills.

Classes are run in small groups based on ability from beginner to advanced, and prices start from Dhs1,000 for the whole 10-week programme.

Kids who sign up to the intermediate programme will learn wall running and flips, while the advanced class will focus on advanced flips, combinations and advanced wall running.

Got younger kids? Bouncers under eight and tiny tots haven’t been overlooked, with 10-week courses aimed at kids between two and seven.

Little ones between two and five can sign up to the freestyle academy’s Mini BOUNCE Squad, while kids between five and seven can join BOUNCE Squad where they can pick up some fundamental movement skills.
