Four more restaurants revealed for Time Out Market Dubai

Two brand-new concepts and two household names are joining the exciting line-up

It’s 2021, the year we’ve been waiting for. We’ve been at the edge of our seats, and not least because it means Time Out Market Dubai is inching closer to opening.

And today we’re ready to reveal the final four names joining a smoking-hot line-up.

Dubai’s brand-new, seriously cool Time Out Market is set to open in Souk Al Bahar in Q1 of this year.

We’ve already told you about the first 13 restaurants making their home at Time Out Market Dubai, and now we’re announcing that the Market will bring a further two brand-new concepts, as well as two household names, to its carefully rendered halls.

Liban by Allo Beirut, Fulvio’s Kitchen – from the head chef at Orange Hospitality (the team behind Dubai’s Il Borro Tuscan Bistro and Alici) – Long Teng and Al Fanar Restaurant are all heading to the brand-new dining destination in Downtown Dubai this year.

Here’s what you need to know about the fantastic four.

Al Fanar Restaurant

This traditional Emirati restaurant was set up in Dubai in 2011 and aims to educate diners about Emirati cuisine through its traditional dishes. And if you’re looking for tasty, authentic food from the emirates – you’re in the right place. Recipes passed down through generations include sautéed black tiger prawns with slow-cooked biryani rice, sea bass machboos, and classic dessert luqiamat – a sweet syrupy dish.

Liban by Allo Beirut

This new concept comes from popular street eatery Allo Beirut, and we can’t wait to see Liban at Time Out Market Dubai. Expect authentic Lebanese street food, with mezze, sharwarma, mixed grills and more.

Fulvio’s Kitchen

Love Italian food? Fulvio Opalio, head chef at Orange Hospitality, the operators of Il Borro Tuscan Bistro, is launching Fulvio’s Kitchen at Time Out Market Dubai this year and we can’t wait to see what’s in store. Signature dishes on the menu will include Parmesan wheel risotto, pumpkin tortelli, truffle focaccia, and veal ragu tagliatelle.

Long Teng

This authentic Chinese seafood restaurant is a massive hit in the city. Long Teng serves up a huge range of dim sum, all made with seasonal ingredients. From its Market location, diners can look forward to classic dumplings, fresh seafood and Long Teng’s famous seafood rice, plus lots more.

These four new entries join a line-up including Little Erth by Nabz&G, Reif Japanese Kushiyaki, Scoopi Café, Local Fire by The Mattar Farm, Two Leaves by Project Chaiwala, Masti, BB Social Dining, folly by Nick & Scott (part of Gates Hospitality), Vietnamese Foodies, Pickl, Pitfire, Brix and Nightjar.

Not only will there be fantastic food, the Market also serves up stunning views from its location overlooking The Dubai Fountain. There will be three bars at which to grab a drink, too.

The 43,000 sq ft venue has been curated by Time Out Dubai’s editorial team, and will be the seventh Time Out Market globally, following in the footsteps of Lisbon, New York, Miami, Chicago, Boston and Montreal.
