For three days from October 28 to October 30, Masterchef India judge Chef Ranveer Brar will be curating an exclusive Chef’s Table experience, featuring a five-course dinner menu for just Dhs399 for one and Dhs699 for couples from 6pm. The menu includes dishes like seared foie gras, galawat (lamb and avocado), khichada (Haleem served with flax Bakar khani crisps), nihari (lamb shank with khameeri roti), biryani, and shahki tukda brûlée.
