Is there anything better than wandering around Abu Dhabi’s parks in the cooler months? The good news is Umm Al Emarat Park is bringing back its Park Market for families next month. Gather up the gang and enjoy all the outdoor activities.
The Park Market will feature art galleries and a host of different market stalls selling everything from resin art candles, Abayas, Turkish fashion, antiques, customised hats and bags, skincare products, perfume, and more.

There will also be a variety of stalls from a host of local businesses, and you’ll get the chance to get your hands on some delicious homegrown fresh and organic produce.
Umm Al Emarat Park is known for being family-friendly, and the Park Market is no different. There will be loads of activities suitable for the whole family, including arts and crafts, flying kites, bubbles, slime, educational arts, painting and different skill games. What’s more, there will also be magic shows, clown shows, storytelling sessions and music shows.

Taking place every Friday and Saturday from November 4 to March 18 at 4pm to 8pm, the Park Market promises outdoor fun for all the family.
“We are delighted to launch this year’s edition of the Park Market in the Park to the entire UAE community,” said Rasha Kablwai, head of Umm Al Emarat Park’s corporate affairs and communication department.
“With the weather getting more pleasant and people looking to spend more time outdoors, we invite everyone to enjoy these annual events that provide fresh local produce and other high quality products produced by local businesses along with plenty of entertainment for all the family.”

Launching alongside Park Market is Cinema in the Park. The popular outdoor event will be making its grand return to Umm Al Emarat Park for the cooler months, offering free family activities to help you enjoy the Park’s Children’s Garden.
Cinema screenings at the Umm El Emarat Park will take place every Friday and Saturday evening with two screenings per day at 6.30pm and 8.30pm.
Cinema in the Park will be screening family-friendly blockbusters, including Coco, Frozen, Aladdin, Home, Ice Age, Shrek, Rio and Ratatouille.
The Cinema in the Park is free to attend. However, the seats available are on a first-come, first-served basis, so you ought to get there quickly to secure your seats. While entry to Umm El Emarat Park itself costs Dhs10.
We can’t think of a better way to get outside and enjoy the outdoors in the autumn than to head over to Park Market at Umm El Emarat Park. There’s just so much fun to be had.
