Hilton hotels in the UAE launch new pop-up poke concept

Tuck into four different options

Poke bowls are everywhere right now and they seemed to come out of nowhere.

Go back two years and they weren’t on our radar and now we’ve become bona fide experts on the best ingredients and what to expect from a great poke bowl.

Offering you the chance to get stuck into a poke bowl, Hilton hotels in the UAE have a launched a new pop-up concept for a limited time.

The new concept follows a burger and fries pop-up launched in the country in November last year.

OTB Poke has opened up at a host of Hilton properties across the country serving four different options for you to get stuck in to.

Options on offer include the Buckaroo Bowl with crispy beef, Loco Coco Bowl with coconut tofy, Monkey Nut bowl with chicken satay and the Get Hooked Bowl with salmon and miso tuna.

Bowls start from Dhs69 and side start from Dhs20.

“Following the sensationally positive response to OTB burgers, our chefs have been getting creative once again and we are delighted to introduce the flavour packing punch of these new OTB Poke bowls,” said Emma Banks, vice president, F&B strategy and development for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

“OTB represents fantastic quality and value which customers are looking for, especially as we are enjoying high patronage from the local residential market into our restaurants. I can’t wait to get going and Poke!”

Participating hotels in the UAE include Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai – Business Bay, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dubai – Jumeirah Beach, DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Jadaf Culture Village, Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah, Canopy by Hilton Dubai Al Seef, Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort, Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah, Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre, Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, Hilton Dubai The Walk, Hilton Dubai Creek.
