Get ready for the Culture Summit 2021


There are some important dates to schedule in the diary. The Culture Summit Abu Dhabi is back for another year with talks exploring ‘The Cultural Economy’ and ‘Economy of Culture’. Bringing together some of the most creative minds in the region, the thought-provoking forum will look at the challenges and the opportunities of the wider cultural economy. Taking place virtually from Monday March 8th to Wednesday March 10th, the programme will include includes keynote talks, panel discussions, one-on-one conversations, case studies, curated artist talks, film screenings and performances.

Enjoy St Patrick’s Day at Cooper’s

Family fun at Mirage Amusements

Tire the tots out at The Galleria’s new play area Mirage Amusements. The new interactive kids’ play centre on the second floor of the Abu Dhabi shopping mall. There are diggers, electric cars, motorised animal bikes and more to keep the little explorers occupied over the holiday break as well as some much needed respite for mum and dad.

Pound the newly opened Al Gurm Corniche

A city can never have too many parks and in Abu Dhabi we are blessed to have many beautiful outdoor areas. And there is great news because one more to be added to the list with the newly opened Al Gurm Corniche. Located at the Eastern Mangroves, the 3.5km stretch offers residents and visitors more opportunity to work out, relax and wonder thanks to the creation of new walkways, a cycling track and public fitness and workout stations as well as more seating areas and viewing platforms. There are even refreshment areas and cafes. What more could you ask for?

Conquer Jebel Hafeet


At 1,249m Jebel Hafeet is the highest mountain in Abu Dhabi and there are few things more spectacular than hitting the summit here which you can run or cycle up too, if that’s your thing. We’ll be waiting at the top.
