Brand-new menu to mark the reopening of Finz at Beach Rotana

There is some great news to report as Finz at Beach Rotana opened its doors to the world once more.

An ocean of flavours awaits diners at the relaxing, classy restaurant, which is famed in the capital for its exquisite seafood as well as its outdoor terrace that juts out over the clear waters of the Gulf, providing sparkling views of the capital’s skyline.

And to mark the grand occasion, Chef German Huerta and his culinary team have crafted a new menu combining the finest and freshest ingredients from the Mediterranean to Asia to tantalise the taste buds of eager regulars and new diners.

This eatery with one of best overwater dining experiences in Abu Dhabi, has a cracking of small plates including grilled calamari and chorizo and roasted shrimps. Chow down on some delicately, handcrafted specials like marinated hamachi sashimi and salmon rolls or pleasure the palate with something smooth with the likes of wasabi seabass, tuna or Fine de Claire oysters from The Raw Bar.

If you’re fishing for more, check out the bountiful platter of the grilled journey of lobster tail, king crab leg, tiger prawns, scallops, calamari, sea bass served with two side dishes and a sauce. As for the mains, they are seasoned with Mediterrean influences for the seafood lovers. Indulge in a herb-crusted Atlantic cod, oraganic honey glazed salmon or and the whole seabass baked in sea salt to name a few.

Or simply abandon the expected and order a super savoury seafood biryani packed full of shrimp, fish filet, calamari with aromatic rice and cashew.

And with the staff’s superb knowledge of grape, diners will receive the perfect accompaniment for their meals as they sit back and enjoy some wonderful waterside scenery.
