Looking to keep the kids cool and entertained this Spring holiday? LEGOLAND Water Park Dubai is set to open its doors on Thursday April 1.
And with the mercury rising and the humidity starting to set in, what better place to hang out with the kiddos during the school hols than at a water park?
Plus, the colourful water park is re-opening with a brilliant offer for families who can spend the day splashing around at LEGOLAND Water Park before getting free access to the next door theme park, LEGOLAND Dubai from 5pm.
LEGOLAND Water Park Dubai will be open for three days every week – Thursday, Friday and Saturday – and, tickets must be bought online in advance for 20 percent less than the regular entry price.
Got an annual pass? You will need to reserve your space at the water park in advance on the water park’s website, www.legoland.ae.
Aimed at little ones between two and 12, the water park has more than 20 waterslides to try out.
There is a lazy Build-A-Raft River, Joker Soaker playground water shooters, a wave bowl and any number of slides for both the little ones and the thrill seekers.
We love the Twin Chasers where you can race each other on double body slides shooting you into a wading area below, or take on Red Rush, where the whole family can ride together in huge raft down a 312-foot-long curving track on an 11-foot in diameter half pipe.
Make sure you don’t miss the Wave Pool to get swished around a bit (in the safest way possible), or take on the Wave Rider if you’re brave enough to zoom your way 240 feet down an open body slide, plunging straight into the water below.
