Love water parks? Been vaccinated against COVID-19? Well, friends, this is an offer you are going to want to slide right into.
Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi is offering a sizeable 30 percent off entry to a H20-inspired park that boasts 40 rip-roaring rides, snaking slides, and plenty of amazing – and mostly very wet – experiences.
The offer runs until Wednesday June 30, and shares similarities with other offers that both reward and encourage residents to get vaccinated in line with the nationwide inoculation campaign.
Ride sharing company Uber and Hala cabs have both run country-wide campaigns this year, offering free journeys for people on their way to receive the jab.
And while we all appreciate a gratis cab ride, it doesn’t quite provide the same thrill factor of a rip-snorting flume.
Yas Waterworld is also one of the first theme parks in the region to adopt brand-new contactless technology known as FacePass.
Basically, it means a more health and safety conscious experience when getting around the 37-acre site, meaning thrill seekers can splash in both style and with peace of mind on their next visit.
If you are packing your towel and heading to the slides, it’s worth noting that Amwaj Pool and Liwa Loop will be closed until Sunday May 9 (Cinesplash is also temporarily shutdown) but that doesn’t mean there is any less fun to be had.
