Kids in the UAE can learn ninja skills at BOUNCE

Get the little ones some parkour skills

Kids spend their weekends bouncing off the walls and all your living room furniture? BOUNCE UAE‘s Ninja Squad is back for another session.

Little ones can gain some seriously cool skills by signing up to the programme, which teaches them the art of parkour.

You can register your high energy kiddos at BOUNCE UAE in Al Quoz, Dubai; Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi or Remal Mall, Al Ain.

The ten-week course, which combines core elements of ninja, parkour and free running, promises to teach little ninjas some epic new skills while developing their strength, co-ordination and agility, is aimed at kids eight and over.

Classes are run in small groups based on ability from beginner to advanced.

The  beginner sessions focus on learning to jump in a safe and controlled way while the intermediate and advanced classes focus on conditioning work to strengthen the core.

Kids in the intermediate program will learn wall running and flips and little ninjas in the advanced class will be taught how to master more advanced flips, combinations and advanced wall running while focusing on individual capabilities and skill level.

The latest course will run alongside the indoor trampoline park’s existing Fight Squad, which is also aimed at mini jumpers eight and above.

Fight Squad focuses on helping kids to master a range of cool stunts, tricks and parkour skills.

Got younger kids? Bouncers under eight and tiny tots haven’t been overlooked, with ten-week courses aimed at kids between two and seven as well.

Tiny tots who sign up to the Mini BOUNCE Squad will learn everything from self-expression and confidence, to fundamental movement skills.

BOUNCE Freestyle Academy is led by five-time Spanish National Trampolining and Tumbling Champion and general all round incredible stunt man, Cris Cabrera.
