Wizz Air Abu Dhabi launches new flights to Oman, Italy and Ukraine

Flight start from just Dhs99 one way

Planning a getaway? There are soon to be even more flights from the UAE as Wizz Air Abu Dhabi is launching flights to four new destinations this summer.

Wizz Air has announced new flights to Kiev in Ukraine, Bari in Italy and Salalah and Muscat in Oman.

And the best news? Flights start at just Dhs99 one way.

Flights to Kiev will run three times a week – on Tuesdays, Thursday and Sundays, starting from Dhs179 one way, with the routes opening on July 1, 2021.

Meanwhile flights to Bari will operate on Tuesdays and Saturdays from September 21, with fares from Dhs229.

If you’re looking to fly to Oman, there will be flights to Salalah every Wednesday and Saturday, and to the capital, Muscat, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Flights to Salalah start on July 3 and Muscat on July 1, with fares kicking off at just Dhs99 one way.

“We’re excited to offer these new routes giving travellers sustainable options to explore new places,” said Kees Van Schaick, Managing Director of Wizz Air Abu Dhabi.

“Travellers will be dazzled by beautiful architecture found in every corner of Kiev, a wealth of history and gorgeous beaches in Bari, and the nature and diverse landscape found in Oman. Kiev, Bari, Salalah and Muscat are our next destinations in a series of new route announcements we have made, and will continue to make – we are committed to providing Abu Dhabi residents and tourists with new travel options and destinations at affordable prices.”

The low-cost airline launched in January this year, and now flies to 22 destinations, with loads more promised in the pipeline.
