The brand-new concept is a fresh launch from Fulvio Opalio – head chef at Orange Hospitality, the operators of multiple Time Out Dubai award-winners Il Borro Tuscan Bistro and Alici Dubai – and without giving too much away (that’s what the video below is for), menu heavyweights include head-turning pasta plates.
And there’s loads to love about cool dessert bar Brix. Famed for its sweets and treats – especially truffles and bon bons – Brix is the go-to place for those with a sweet tooth (or several) and has garnered a cult following since setting up shop in 2019 at Jumeirah Fishing Harbour.
