We love La Cava’s grape and cheese night – and we know you will too. Imagine if they did spin classes in nightclubs? Well, there’s no need to imagine any longer – boutique fitness studio CRANK has finally opened its doors in Abu Dhabi. One of the most popular studios in Dubai for spinning, CRANK’s 45-minute classes are fast, loud and the flashing lights will have your body dancing on that bike. There’s also a smoothie bar, so make sure you pre-order your drink before class and it will be waiting for you when you’re all spun out.

Detox at the Iridium Spa
Looking to pamper yourself this week? Look no further than Iridium Spa at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort.
