Abu Dhabi’s luxurious Emirates Palace hotel is offering GCC residents a special summer rate of Dhs900 ($245) for its standard room.
The five-star hotel, located on the capital’s Corniche, has introduced a raft of heavily discounted rates in a bid to lure guests during the traditionally slow summer season.
Its luxury suites start from Dhs2,800, down from Dhs3,350.
Several other hotels in the capital, including the Shangri-La and the Intercontinental, are also offering special rates for GCC visitors.
