Sporting action for the summer

Competitive showdowns, fitness classes and a sporty iftar

Get sporty

Even the city’s fitness freaks and sports fanatics can get their fix once the sun’s gone down during the Holy Month.

The 13th Annual Ramadan Tenpin Bowling Tournament

Ramadan Fitness Classes
While spiritual well-being might be taken care of during the Holy Month, your body could start to feel neglected. What better way to give it a treat than with a Body Combat or Body Attack class, two high-intensity workouts that are guaranteed to have you kicking, punching and generally sweating your way to top fitness. Until July 21 from 9pm.

Iftar and sports

Choose from karting, paintballing, wakeboarding, archery or laser shooting with Al Forsan’s special deal that combines one activity with a selection of food and drink served in their suhoor tent. Activities last from 15 minutes for karting to 60 minutes for freestyle wakeboarding and costs a reasonable Dhs145.

There are two daily sessions, one at 6.30am and the other at 10.30pm to accommodate those fasting for Ramadan.
