As a mark of respect following the death of Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, the Ruler of Ras al Khaimah who died at dawn this morning, the organisers of Ferrari World have delayed the park’s official opening party until November 4. The Sheikh, believed to be one of the world’s longest ruling leaders, died at the age of 90 years old. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nayhan, President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, was among the first dignitaries to express his condolences.
