If you’re up for seeing some souped-up cars hammer it along lengthy straight at face-melting speeds, then you definitely won’t want to miss the Final Pro Drag Racing Series this weekend.
The fourth and final round of the season is taking place at Yas Marina Circuit today and tomorrow (April 28 and 29) and expect the drivers to hit the accelerator hard as there’s Dhs1.4 million up for grabs for the winner.
The Pro Drag Racing Series features seven classes of professional racing including Pro Mod, Outlaw 10.5, 4.80 Index, Probike, Superstreet Bike, Pro 6 and Superstreet 8, with the region’s best drivers competing for glory.
On Thursday, April 28, qualification will start at 3pm, with gates closing at 10pm. Tomorrow will see the finals in all the classes, with the finals starting at 9pm, followed by podium presentations and fireworks displays.
