This low-budget British gangster film relies heavily on flashbacks to explain how Viktor (Goss), a Romanian assassin, was indoctrinated into the criminal underworld after fleeing to London as a child. Despite a small budget and just 18 days of shooting, this indie has picked up generally positive reviews: first-time director Perry Bhandal is praised for the film’s measured, moody atmosphere, while Goss has been singled out for his intense performance.
