R&B stars Nelly and Akon are to perform as part of the festivities at this year’s Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
The two acts will play at pop-up after parties on Yas Island, hosted by nightclub Cirque Le Soir.
Nelly will perform on Friday November 1 and Akon a day later on Saturday November 2, at the events at Rush, Yas Viceroy, overlooking the race circuit. ‘Avant-garde’ clubbing brand Code 20 will host a party on the Sunday race day.
Race day packages, including a day time brunch (2pm-7pm) and entry to the club nights (7pm-4am), start at Dhs1,000.
