Abu Dhabi tops satisfaction survey

New Bayt.com study reveals Dhabi as Gulf’s top workplace

According to Bayt.com, Abu Dhabi is the top city in the Middle East/North Africa region as far as labour rights are concerned. Shiny neighbour Dubai ranked fourth, and Sharjah ranked seventh among the top 10 cities surveyed. The survey covered multiple aspects of job satisfaction, and we’ve taken the liberty of picking out some specifics we thought may interest you: When it came to labour rights, some 40% of respondents said they felt their end of service benefits were ‘good to excellent’, and 26% felt the same about termination rights – and it may not seem so, but that’s a rather high number. In other news 41% of respondent felt very satisfied with their vacation allowances, 21% with their parental allowances and a staggering 46% were very happy about their wage protection systems.
