It’s safe to say the $1.2billion Reem Mall is one of Abu Dhabi’s most keenly anticipated new projects.
Due for an opening date in late 2020, the 18.6ha site will feature the world’s largest indoor snow park, a multiplex cinema, 85 food and drink outlets and 450 shops.
It was initially supposed to open this year but had to be pushed back.
But progress is certainly being made, with a foundation stone ceremony having been held earlier this month.
And now new timelapse footage, taken earlier this month, has emerged which shows how tradesmen working through the night to get it over the finish line.
The project is located in Reem Island’s Najmat District.
We can’t wait to see how it shapes up.
